"Felt stuck waiting forever"
I waited days to hear back and started to feel kind of trapped, like I couldn’t move forward without their response. After a while, I just gave up.

"Felt like they didn’t even read my message"
I reached out to support twice and still never got a clear answer. The replies felt generic, like nobody actually read what I wrote, which was frustrating...

"I canceled my subscription around a week..."
I canceled my subscription around a week or so before the next billing date, but I still ended up getting charged anyway. It wasn’t a huge amount, maybe around a few bucks or so, but it’s frustrating because I thought everything was already canceled.
"Pretty much confirmed what I expected"
I’m usually a little skeptical about where my info ends up online, so I was paying attention to that from the start. this kind of confirmed what I hoped would be the case, my details felt protected, and I didn’t get buried in spam. There were a few follow-up emails, but nothing crazy, and they were easy enough to deal with. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience

"Pricing was disappointing"
I was disappointed with how unclear the pricing was. The fees weren’t explained upfront, so I ended up feeling unsure about what I was actually paying for
"Professional and easy to talk to"
The attorney I spoke with was really professional and easy to talk to. They explained things in a way that actually made sense to me, which I appreciated. To be fair, there was one time it took a little longer than I expected to hear back, but overall I felt like I was treated well and had a good experience.

"Should’ve trusted my gut"
I tried Lawyer.com because I was hoping to find someone who actually fit my legal situation, but the matches they sent over just didn’t make sense. A couple of the attorneys worked in totally different areas, and one wasn’t even anywhere near me. It felt like they were just tossing out random names instead of paying attention to what I needed. I had a bad feeling quickly and should’ve trusted my instinct. Ended up feeling like a waste of time.
"Helpful at first, but I lost some trust"
I used Lawyer.com to get a basic idea of what to do about my legal issue, and at first it seemed decent. Some of the profiles looked useful, but it was hard to tell who actually had the right experience and who just had a polished profile. I did get a response, but it took longer than I expected, and that kind of made me question how reliable the whole process was. It wasn’t terrible, but I came away feeling less confident than I hoped. I just wanted clearer guidance, and instead I felt like I lost a bit of trust in the service.
"A bit hard to use"
The site felt kind of clunky to me, like there was just something about it that made finding the right lawyer take longer than I expected.

"A little pricey, but it did the job"
I got the help I needed, so I can’t really complain too much, right? The only thing is the cost felt a bit high for what it was. Would I use it again? Maybe, but I’d probably compare prices first

"Clear, though I was waiting for it to get confusing"
I’ll give it credit, the explanation was clear enough and I didn’t have to reread things a bunch of times. I was kind of expecting it to be vague or overly complicated, because that happens a lot, but it actually made sense. Nothing amazing, but it did the job

"Took a little time to get a feel for it"
I’ve been trying out Lawyer.com for a few weeks now, and at first I was mostly just seeing how the whole process worked and whether the inquiries were worth following up on. I’ve had a couple that didn’t really go anywhere, which is kind of expected with any lead source. After sorting through them, though, I’d say the quality has actually been solid overall. Most of the people reaching out seem to be real people with real legal issues, even if not every conversation turns into a client.
